Enjoy Coulterville!

Experience the Sierras as John Muir did in 1869.

This scenic 14 mile segment of Highway 32, extending from Highway 49 and the Historic Goldrush town of Coulterville, up through Greeley Hill to where it merges onto Highway 120 just a few miles before the north entrance to Yosemite National Park was the original historic route into the park.  It remains virtually the same as it was in 1869 when Muir first ventured through, and fell in love with, the Sierras.
